31/07/2022 The "helmet" of the Oviraptor was empty and the inside was spongy, with delicates passages to the nose proteced with bones thin like a piece of paper. Maybe, they were used for heating or moisten the air that it breathed. Or maybe they increase its olphactory sense or were used for cooling the brain.
